an Hermann is a Managing Director & Group Head, Senior Living Finance for the Ziegler Capital Markets Group. He is based in Chicago and is responsible for managing Ziegler’s Senior Living Finance activities in six regional offices. Mr. Hermann has over 16 years experience with Ziegler, structuring and managing more than 125 senior living financings exceeding $2.5 billion, including the largest not-for-profit start-up CCRC revenue bond financing completed to-date, the $183 million Kahala Nui transaction in January 2003. He has a broad base of not-for-profit senior living clientele, including the sponsors of the leading multi-facility, multi-state systems. Mr. Hermann is also a Certified Public Accountant.
